I visited Royal View recently, and my wife and I were blown away by the caliber of these estates. They truly are some of the finest Escondido homes for sale. Michael Crews Development has really outdone themselves on this one - the views, the 2+ acre lots, and the unparalleled features in these beautiful homes. There's just no comparison that even comes close in north san diego county real estate!

My husband and I totally agree. We've been looking for San Diego real estate for months now and fell in love with Michael Crews Development's new homes for sale in Escondido, especially the gated Royal View neighborhood in the San Pasqual Valley. These homes are incredible and have beautiful views of the valley. It's a perfect neighborhood for our kids - sizable, safe and with a great location. We'd be close to the San Diego Wild Animal Park for our children and they would be able to attend top-ranked schools such as San Pasqual High School.

After reading about this neighborhood in the North County Times section for Escondido real estate, we went to take a look. They definitely are magnificent -some of the most beautiful new homes in San Diego County.
